silly ponds.... The Bird song opens up the stomata on the leaf cell and lets it take in sunlight. The same frequency is in classical music. Just my theory

It's interesting that this concept is discussed in "Cosmic Trigger" by Robert Anton Wilson, and also discusses "plant spirits" which are typically elf/troll/fairy-like, and suggests Mr. Spock is a manifestation of this archetype (and Mr. Nimoy is the one hosting this show on the same subject!!) heh-heh-heh
