hey can i lose weight eating 6 small meal a day or should i eat 3 healthy big meals a day please let me know i realy want t o lose weigth

i want to atke this course very soon, is there a likely possibility that i can make a living off it though>??? and if so what about working not in my own business but in a shop gym or something?
