i actually found this camera on the ground. but im having a bit of an issue. i cant delete pictures. i assume you press the the "set" button but it doesnt seem to work

i bought a charger and usb cord for it on ebay. for like 15 bucks

so is my set button broken ?

i have this camera, and its an absolute piece of shit. it takes the worst quality pictures. i wish i could throw this thing out the window, but im still saving for a new camera.

i agree theres something wrong with the zoom, mine actually broke.. it still works but you have to move it in a retarded manner. you should've mention the separate record button, though.

at first i didnt like it one bit. but i think it was just cause i wasn't used to it. once i got used to it, i found it so much better than a regular camera.

also, personally, i REALLY hate the video format it records in.

i get that its good for macs, but i have pc, and i really really hate using quicktime.

its so... bad.

and it ONLY works to view with quicktime.

i think they should've made like, a video format capturing option.

I'm also using that camera and it's really a good camera, takes decent quality pictures fast. I played the video using TV-out and my friends were amazed with the quality of the video. It's compact so I always bring it when hanging out with friends.

RABZ, I have this Camera, for the price, you can't beat it. BUT - if you want the LATEST, try the casio exilim ex-fs10 or fc100 ....trust me, look it up on google, or look at the videos on youtube of the fc100

It's only a 9 megapixel camera, but let me tell you. Yo uaren't even gonna need more than 8 to 10. When is the last time you blew up your pictures to poster size? You feel me? Anyhoo, the real draw of these cameras is the VIDEO functions. It has 720p HD video capabilities, AND it's main draw is that these cams record up to 1000 frames a second. 1000. Slow motion. Just type in fc100 in youtube, check out the vids....no other point and click cameras do this - NONE.

I think it is on the par with Flip Mino as far as quality goes. And the great part is, is that it automatically saves the movie as a .mov so you can drop it right into imovie.

one thing i dont like is the video takes 12kbps so highdef cam with AVCHD on 8mbps looks great so why Casio dont compress the video?

no offence but this camera suck if ur using it for video because u cant use windows movie maker on it. so if ur going to edit ur videos dont get it. but if u want a camera for pic. then this is the one for u.
