i havn't kept up with rule changes with anything other nppl and xpsl lately but if i remember psp is 15 cap ramp, i think the ramp start is at 3 or 5 bps. xball is 15 cap full auto with first 3 shots semi. the field is a square instead of a rectangle, the bunkers are generally different shapes and layouts and the game itself is very fast compared to nppl and xpsl. psp and xball everyone must be able to run and be in shape. the refs in psp and xball are also probably the best i've ever seen!
