@Knud45 - You green up, when you green up you place another lay bet in the market that spreads some of the profit on your selection across the rest of the field.
@chazzer888 - There are many reasons but the main one in this case was the chart. The favourite was coming in consistantly and with the other horses drifting quite easily there was even more momentum behind the favourite.
@Moss235 - It is possible to start with very small stakes but unless you turn them through the market lots it will be a slow climb to bigger values. Most traders return only a small % in profit of their total trading turnover. So yes, it is possible with small amounts, but it takes some time to build off those levels unless you are an aggressive trader.
@betangeltv Thanks for replying, thats what I thought, lots of trades every day and no doubt plenty of patience, I can see it does work though and like everything, if you are going to be successful it takes dedication
@betangeltv You may be pleased to hear that I'm beginning to make a little bit, £150 in two days, might not sound much but some people have to work 2-3 days for that minus tax/fuel etc.... so thanks very much for introducing me to this kind of thing, it's really wokring for me
I'm using Bet Angel, and when I have backed and layed a horse I want to to green up a profit but nothing happens. What might the problem be?

Being devils advocate - if temple fair had replaced thundering home as second fav rather than keenes royal price going in you would have a big loss.
what made you so sure keenes royal price would shorten to make the 100% book.

Is there anyway that you can build up from scratch, ie with not much capital, how far could I potentially go with £50
