The power companies should do these tests for every smart meter installed. For free to assure customers they are safe as they claim. But they won't because it will prove the smart meters are pulsing radiation all over the place!

Put mosquito netting aluminum around it. Then it not gets to hot and radiation won't come true. And you still can see numbers.
Then inside the house you must also isolate it with some metal to prevent the signals coming in the house.
