Michelle and Jim Bob are not raising their kids in a normal way and sadly it's going to be passed on to their grand children. Yes I do agree children are a blessing from god, but it seem like that can't make a choice on their own with out the "approval" from "god". They don't believe in dating but courtship which is not normal. Dating is how you get to know someone instead of meeting them a few times and saying their the one. You know what gets me and please don't get me wrong I like the Duggars. The children are not allowed to watch TV while Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar let their children be on TV. Welcoming the TV crews in to their home exploding their children, family, and lifestyle. Michelle and Jim Bob are are being hypocrites. The girls are not allowed to dance or wear pants or even go to school. They really do not have friends other than the Bates and some of their home school groups that they see once a year.
it's such a shame that we live in a world where it is looked down upon to have many kids. I guess that;s not surprising, since we as a country abort millions of babies a year.
Like many thousands of infertile women, I couldn't have any children. I think your entire family is adorable and I watch every show. The patience and love that you all show for each other SHOULD be witnessed over and over by viewers. I pray that it becomes contagious :)

The Duggars have it right. Children are a blessing from God. Many of the problems we have today stem from families who don't value children, and parents who don't want to spend time with the children, etc. I admire Josh and Anna. Here is a couple who love the Lord, and each other, and absolutely adore this baby. May they be blessed with many more.
They think that they are so special...I don't know why such big families get so much attention in America. Why are they deserving of attention? They are nothing in my eyes. The Duggar children are absolutely adorable and Michelle is so sweet, but I absolutey cannot stand the father, Jim Bob. That man is so controlling and "what I say goes." The first time I notice it was when he told everyone to get ready, they were going to give blood - news to the girls, didn't matter to him that they didn't want to, just told em to do it. Very controlling. Also wonder why every kid's name starts with a J, but none with an M. Don't think wife has any say in that marriage.

I love the fact that the Lord has blessed this family (as he has blessed mine). They are truely happy about their granddaughter, and I do not like that fact that everyone is against them having so many kids. These children are so lucky to have caring parents who love them as seeing there are a lot of families out there who abuse their children and worse, so please stop complaining about this family.

This choice was bad. Worlds population is already too high and they are having 18 children? If they were great people they would have adopted those 18 kids. @kuzamahiei newborns and even babies who aren't newborns move their legs around a lot so when your trying to change the diaper it can be difficult without holding the legs. I wonder if Josh and Anna will have a lot of kids? If they do and so the other children when they grow up. Their family will be so huge, Jim Bob and Michelle won't be able to keep track of their grand kids and their names. However, many were speculating that it was Jana, since she was the only one that said the strangest thing in a interview that "she was praying last year this time that Josh find someone to get engaged to" Then Josh goes "when he think back to all the wrong things he done as a teen, that he didn't deserve Anna" The rumors goes on to say the reason why Josh was taking in for question but never charge is b/c JB put a end to it.

Why is it such a big deal if the wear a little makeup?? Just because their Christian doesn't mean they can't. I'm Christian and I wear make up! And their not even wear that much. Michelle and Jim Bob are not raising their kids in a normal way and sadly it's going to be passed on to their grand children. Yes I do agree children are a blessing from god, but it seem like that can't make a choice on their own with out the "approval" from "god". They don't believe in dating but courtship which is not normal. Dating is how you get to know someone instead of meeting them a few times and saying their the one. Plus Michelle needs to STOP having children!

You know what gets me and please don't get me wrong I like the Duggars. The children are not allowed to watch TV while Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar let their children be on TV. Welcoming the TV crews in to their home exploding their children, family, and lifestyle. Michelle and Jim Bob are are being hypocrites. The girls are not allowed to dance or wear pants or even go to school. They really do not have friends other than the Bates and some of their home school groups that they see once a year.

The Duggars have it right. Children are a blessing from God. Many of the problems we have today stem from families who don't value children, and parents who don't want to spend time with the children, etc. I admire Josh and Anna. Here is a couple who love the Lord, and each other, and absolutely adore this baby. May they be blessed with many more.

The Duggar children are absolutely adorable and Michelle is so sweet, but I absolutey cannot stand the father, Jim Bob. That man is so controlling and "what I say goes." The first time I notice it was when he told everyone to get ready, they were going to give blood - news to the girls, didn't matter to him that they didn't want to, just told em to do it. Very controlling. Also wonder why every kid's name starts with a J, but none with an M. Don't think wife has any say in that marriage.

I love the fact that the Lord has blessed this family (as he has blessed mine). They are truely happy about their granddaughter, and I do not like that fact that everyone is against them having so many kids. These children are so lucky to have caring parents who love them as seeing there are a lot of families out there who abuse their children and worse, so please stop complaining about this family.

This choice was bad. Worlds population is already too high and they are having 18 children? If they were great people they would have adopted those 18 kids. Now popping a baby every year and making the older children take care of him/her it just seems bad in many levels. Their family will be so huge, Jim Bob and Michelle won't be able to keep track of their grand kids and their names. Rumors are just rumors, and can hurt people. while i was unaware of the "100's" of articles you have read, i still don't understand why that is any of our business what has happened in the past that has not been stated as a fact by authorities. i am not sure how accurate any article is, since many tabloids just make up stories that will attract readers.

However, many were speculating that it was Jana, since she was the only one that said the strangest thing in a interview that "she was praying last year this time that Josh find someone to get engaged to" Then Josh goes "when he think back to all the wrong things he done as a teen, that he didn't deserve Anna" The rumors goes on to say the reason why Josh was taking in for question but never charge is b/c JB put a end to it.

@MsSarcia i never said its their personal business what happens behind closed doors. i agree with you that they opened their home to the cameras when they agreed to do the show, so they took away their own privacy, i said we do not know what happens in that house when the cameras are not rolling. which means the reports can be true about josh, or they may not be true. I just don't understand why people speculate on this when there does not seem to be enough concrete evidence.

Crazy ass Michelle and Jim Bob. This is number 20... oh wait, number 2 died, so this is number 19th. She was born 1lb. 6oz. I hear she's up to 2lbs plus something now though. This one almost killed Michelle, she had to have an emergency c-section. What sane woman would put herself at risk like this? I'm afraid she's not finish. The fact that this is not the FIRST time JB woke up all his children's for a live shot interview in the wee hrs. of the morning makes it questionable. JB need to stop exploiting these kids for money so he can buy 100's of vehicles. This is no longer about the kids, it's about MONEY now. And I don't know where you are from, but all schools in PA. doesn't start until 8:00AM or no later then 8:30AM. With the exceptions of daycares. So there's no need to get up 5 something in somebody morning.

@Cruelcharm My son has to be standing outside our house as 7:05 AM to catch the school bus. That is too damn early. My husband drives him in the morning so he doesn't have to get up at "crack-thirty" but I feel sorry for all the kids that need to take the bus.

***Continued from below*** As for me, I'm a Christian and I wear makeup every day! I think it's perfectly acceptable for women to enhance their features with makeup! However, there some Christians out there who are terribly against it because it alters one's natural appearance. The Duggar's modesty quirks and idiosyncrasies led me to wonder if perhaps they felt that way, too. I think it's great that they wear makeup! I just didn't know they did until this episode.

No, no, no, I wasn't saying that the girls SHOULDN'T wear makeup, I was just saying that I was surprised they did, given their obsession with modesty (e.g. long, ankle-length skirts only, extreme one-piece bathing suits only, no sleeveless tops, no short hair, etc.). I just thought surely makeup would be on the do-not-wear list because, let's face it, makeup is meant to enhance a woman's appearance and it seems like the Duggars are against that kind of attention.

Why is it such a big deal if the wear a little makeup?? Just because their Christian doesn't mean they can't. I'm Christian and I wear make up! And their not even wear that much. They just wear a little so the don't look washed out on camera. Waering make up doesn't mean their not modest....if they were to apply way to much....now thats diffrent.... but a little stage makeup never hurt anybody.

I don't mind if they wear make-up. In fact, I don't really care what they wear and since I'm a modest dresser, I didn't even mind the hand-made jumpers - which no one seems to know why they no longer wear & what happened to those jumpers anyway? What I do mind is their continued mindless breeding. At 43, Michelle should be long done with reproducing and be content being a grandmother. She's selfish and clearly obsessed with staying pregnant. I feel bad for Anna & grandbaby.
