  • @IndiaJacob yeah trigonal bypramidal has 5 bond pairs (central atom attaches to 5 atoms), like for example PCl5, phosphorus attaches to five chluorines.

    octahededral has 6 bond pairs (central atom attaches to 6 other atoms) e.g. Sulfur hexafluoride

  • @reyrey389 I actually said tetragonal but i'm guessing from your answer that that doesn't even exist. hehe
