Of course corporations pay taxes, or are supposed to anyway. They pay taxes on earnings and then the stockholder pays taxes on dividends payed to them, it's called double-taxation. The problem is that the common investor is being nailed with massive tax bills and the corporation is paying next to nothing or nothing and it isn't fair. Frankly, taxes should only have to be paid on the money once, by the corporation and the dividends should be tax free because taxes are already payed by the (cont.)

corp. which the stockolders are the owners of. Stockholders are the owners of the corp. and so when the corp pays taxes, the stockholder is paying taxes and so for them to have to pay taxes again is shit. Tax the money once, when the corp. earns it and leave the investor and his dividends alone because the govt. has already taken their piece of the pie and they shouldn't be entitled to seconds. The corp should pay before distribution of dividends and thats it. Anything else is bullshit.

Of course corporations pay taxes, or are supposed to anyway. They pay taxes on earnings and then the stockholder pays taxes on dividends payed to them, it's called double-taxation. The problem is that the common investor is being nailed with massive tax bills and the corporation is paying next to nothing or nothing and it isn't fair. Frankly, taxes should only have to be paid on the money once, by the corporation and the dividends should be tax free because taxes are already payed by the (cont.)
