How a stroke can affect the emotional brain.

Had a stroke and later had a few emotional breakdowns. Felt very vunerable to other people and normal banter was often felt to be very hurtful. That was 7 months ago. I'm now doing bike rides and lots of physical activity. If you saw me you would not know i had a stroke. People have said that to me so i was very lucky.

Brains don't have emotions. Brains have convolutions, weight, neurons, size,

but they do not have emotions. Brains are perceived thru our outer five senses

whereas emotions are perceived from within.
