Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Jesus on the cross(the closed eyes, or the illusion part), then Father God in Heaven(the two eyes right above the tip of the cross), and when a third eye is present on something it usually represents sight in an other worldly sense i.e. the spirit realm.
