ilovehell666 im in my prime now just 37 years old still getting stronger and solid. i have around another 13 years of lifting heavy. then time im 50 i will break the world record for most bench pressed by a 50 year old man.
Hate to burst your bubble, but most of the time, your prime IS at his age. Young people (i.e. 16-32 years old), as a general rule, lift so frequently and with such poor form that they never realize their prime. This guy is probably 35-40 and stronger than he ever was when he was a pimple-popping, skirt-chasing piss ant.
ANDREGIRLEY thanks again for nice comments i saw your 315 for 22 reps and 405 for 8 man ton of weight.
i will keep pushing my body
till i get up on top of that mountain my friend. ive been lifting weights for 23 years and still love the great satisfaction of maxing at a higher weight than you did before.
nice job man, and anyone that has anything negative to say should be quiet. No bouncing, no yelling and controlled. I can tell this guy is working hard, lifting because he loves it, and is calm about it, definately no testosterone boosters here. Keep up the good work my man, and for all you haters, post something equal or better, then again you wouldn't be haters, and that would be against your nature, sorry for expecting something different from a hater, I'll keep my expectations low for you'll
Come on man, can't the screams come from the aura of the lift as well? I'm 17 years old, so testosterone pretty much controls me, but I don't think screaming neccessarily means that you're on test boosters.
sir you got it wrong my max went from 410 all the way to 460 50 pound jump haha.
as for drugfree yes im lifetime i been working out for 23 years with weights and i stop when i redeploy everytime as far as training for power that is, therefore my muscle memory brings it back
not everyone has to shoot needles in their ass to get really strong. my grandfather could break a pair of pliers with his bare hands in his 70's 23 inch arms at 50 years old. i have his great genes god bless him.
you go from 410 max in march to 450 in april? It doesn't work that way at these levels but nice try claiming you drugfree. 1 1/2 month gain of 41 lbs in max = chemicals
nose breakers everyother week and weighted dips everyother week. i can 45 correct dips non stop and 2 45 pound plates 3 x 10. also do tricep pushdowns with a rope helps my grip oh yeah 100 push ups correct way in 2 minutes helps
damn ur a beast
