They're a crap shoot. Some can be good, while others, not-so. This one was okay, but not worth the price of admission.

Sure can go soft-touch, but those washes scratch the finish. I stopped going to those for that reason (they did scratch it up). The car doesn't look as old as it is, after going all touchless. :)

Glad you enjoy the videos.

I have been to good ones, like Mr. Mike's in Leominster (MA), even when the drier is weak, it does a good job. On-the-Run in Fitchburg (MA) is good as well, when they keep up on the fileter maintenance for the rinse cycle.

So how well did it clean your car? I've been through twice and each time have been disappointed. This wash never gets all the dirt off. One time it failed to even get the soap off.

It not only is badly overpriced, I did notice a sub-par performance, but yours sounds a bit out of the ordinary.

If it was repeatable, well, I guess it is bad. I didn't have that much of a problem, granted, it wasn't the best, and again, not worth the price of admission.
