  • if i use my oven, do i have to sear it first?

  • Thanks for the idea for dinner! :)

I prefer getting meat from the butcher as well (even better when I can haggle prices). I don't buy meat or veggies/fruit from woolies or coles.

  • I use the same salt !

  • omg that looks so yum!!!

  • what a tasty looking rack of lamb. personally i would add some bread crumb based crust with some herbs. also it would have been even better if you had cut into the lamb and showed us how beautifully pink and delicious it was.

  • LOOKS LIKE DIARRHEA

  • yummmmmmmmm

  • if you marinate the lamb over night you will have a better flavour.

  • GO THE WEBBER!

  • You didn't do that meat resting thing this time.

p.s. I'm going to Melbourne for my exchange program! :P

  • @rockubabe I rested it behind the scenes :)

Cool, when are you coming to Melbourne and for how long?

  • @AussieGriller I'm coming for summer but hopefully extend it for a year.

  • looks fantastic good job :)

Could you make a french fry coated hot dog? they were so nice in Bali But i don't know how to make them hehe.

  • Good on ya AussieGriller. I really like your recipes and practical advise on the grill and I learned a lot. Cheers

  • @LewisLuong Cheers mate!

  • im stealing this from you, thx

  • @jonnjoe2 Go for it mate!

  • @AussieGriller where did u get your rack from? woolies?

  • @MrRazzeldazzel88 id rather go to a butcher than woolies imo

  • @TheRivalConcept what the guys at woolies arnt butchers?

  • @MrRazzeldazzel88 =.= lol yes they are but i mean in my honest opinion a butchery has better quality meat.

  • @TheRivalConcept well im a butcher at woolies and i can honstly tell you that our stuff is as good and hasnt been sitting in the window or display case for a week. after hearing stories about what small butcheries do i hardly go to them.

  • @MrRazzeldazzel88...I dont disagree with u on the point of wht some small butchers do but not all do and I do source my butchers will. Also I do not shop at coles or woolies offten because I know with smaller places not jsut butchers but green grocers, I can make a good relationship withthem and well, sometimes they give me discounts or a lil more of something or if i am short some small cash they will either let it go or let me pay them back few days later or the nextime im in...

  • Looks good !

  • @MsChopperdog Thanks MsChopperdog! :)

  • DO YOU DELIVER ?

  • @KIDTRACKz Yes, free delivery for all orders over $20!

  • Y U NO COOK GOOD?

  • @NeVarajMe Sorry you didn't like it mate, tastes pretty good right here :)

  • @AussieGriller Nah, I actually cooked this on Friday when my family came over. It was a hit.. haha.

  • is that aluminium foil there to stop juices dripping everywhere?

  • @xelpmok Likely to prevent the bone from burning.

  • @xelpmok Hi mate, the foil on the ribs is to stop them from burning. The foil under the food is to cook the meat indirectly, it channels the heat from the burner around the meat, rather than directly at it.

  • @xelpmok Hi mate! The foil on the ribs is to stop them from burning. The foil under the food is to channel the heat around the meat instead of directly at it for roasting.

  • Another awesome recipe Aussie Griller will def give this a try looks yumm :)

  • @MongooseFreeRider Cheers Mate
