Plus, she not only lost a similar case she started in Beverley Hills (from which she was hoping to , quoting her, make more money off it than even the Hinkley case), but the judgement was against her and the plaintiffs to the pay the company they sued over $450,000 in legal fees they had to spend to deal with the lawsuit she lead... It's sad, but a good reminder, in my opinion, that there is ALWAYS a flip side tp ALL situations no matter how black and white or 'noble' they might look.
There are reports about Brockovich coming out now (and an investigation being opened) that she and Masry skimmed off the top of the settlement in the Hinkley cases and pocketed over 100 million dollars of which they were not entitled to (by ridiculously overcharging for silly things, like $10,000 for the time it took to wrap a box of chocolates to thank some witness for testifying..$15,000 for the time it took to DECIDE to get chocolates...etc.)
@ammarios STILL...the persons affected got money!not millions each but BETTER than getting just....sick!cause all they got out of the company(who polluted the water etc)was SICK.
They need help and they need those responsible for it to take FULL responsibility. Gosh, you think conservatives who always bemoan about people taking personal responsibility yet when the time comes for them to take it, they avoid it like the plague. Self righteous hypocrites!
Only conservative Republican Americans. I am an American and I take full responsibility for my own actions and clean up my own messes. If I need help, I am not ashamed to ask for it and return it tenfold.
"Conservatives" Is a eclectic word which is not tied to just American Republicans. Maybe when the U.S.A actually helps its Motherland/closest Allie then Great Britain will be more sympathetic to the U.S.
I would check you're sources there, we have a coalition Parliamentary Government. For The United Kingdom of Great Britain, Northern Ireland and the Common wealth. Not England. Cameron and Bush have no similarities, in fact Cameron wants to unhook the U.S from Britain, quite refreshing.
Lol at the last scene on here! It's funny how right after that Sanchez lady talked Erin took the whole thing from there and left em' speechless!

I hope Erin Brockovich can challenge BP for their damages. She'd kick their ass.

Well, I know that. From what I've read of what Cameron is doing, it looks like England has its own George W. Bush.
