not necessarily. she shoots a WOMEN's FITA. with the men scoring 1380+ on a MEN's FITA, and having to shoot two of the distances further than the women, (i.e. women shoot 70 60 50 30, men shoot 90 70 50 30), they would likely outperform her if they were to take on a women's FITA.
