I should have known how offended I would be reading the comments from this video. As a black person, it is clear who has privilege because I'm in an underprivileged group. The truth is that people who are offended by this video just don't get it. I've always been a pretty good student and got a decent scholarship in college. I have to face the fact that people still question if I belong here even though my grades and test scores were above average. White people never face that. What a privilege!

The One Drop Rule meant that even a person with majority white ancestry and minority black ancestry was considered black. There is no comparison whatsoever.

IN my university there are bursaries (money given to you to pay the cost of uni) for people of visible blacks, and people of asian decent. i asked why there isn't one for whites, and they said it was because we're not minorities. Half the fucking world is of asian decent and they all get to qualify as minorities?

In the last 35 years in just Philadelphia, in just the fire dept over 22,000 Whites were Denied employment in the Philadelphia fire dept because they were not black.
