-illegal in public BEFORE 10pm
-legal for medical use (prescribed=anytime use)

I think weed should be legal but that doesn't mean it is good for you. It's a "natural plant" doesn't mean it is healthy. Nightshade and aconite(wolfsbane) are extremely deadly plants.
