I watched The Loony Toons Show Yesterday and I was a little upset with how they have changed the voice actors to some/all of the characters, as soon as I heard Bugs I was sitting in my chair just thinking to myself 'they have ruined Bugs!' Sure it was a good voice replacement for him, I won't deny that but it just wasn't Mel's and nothing can beat the originals.

However, hearing you speak as Bugs (at least) SO would of been better then who they got as the new bugs (and others)

try doing yosemite sam after a couple shot of whiskey... seriously try it. sounds like it will give u the edge needed on that voice of his. it will also help with the timing, yosemite voice is more drawn out.

Well, I am sure this will go right along with others opinion. Great on the Bugs Bunny voice. Could hardly tell the difference. The Yosemite Sam voice sounded like Sam at a few times, but more often sounded like Danny Divito. All in All you did a great job on both. Keep up to good work.

Mel Blanc, in his autobiography, commented that the voice of Yosemite Sam was the toughest Warner Brothers cartoon character for him to voice and Mel stated that it came from a case of road rage while driving and cussing out another driver. If Mell could do the voice for at least a half hour without straining his voice, it was phenomenal for him.

Can you imagine being like the late Mel Blanc? Today it would take several impersonators to do the Warner Brothers classic cartoon characters! I guess that is why we don't see any of these characters resurrected as of late? Mel Blanc said in an interview with Letterman in the 80's, it took $40,000.00 in the 40's to complete one 8 minute cartoon, now 22 years after "Who framed Roger Rabbit", it might cost five times as much today, or more! BTW, Love your impersonations man!

How do you get your Bugs Bunny so perfect?! I have a farily flexible voice and can do a pretty good Bugs, but it's nowhere good as yours. Got any tips?

well in my case, I'd been doing it since i was a kid, the only real advice i can give is to repeatedly listen to mel blanc's bugs and keep practicing, and just try as hard as you can to perfect it. The more you can manipulate your voice, the better it will get. I really appreciate your compliment and I hope that you can get your to work as well!
