Sounds like a broken toy airplane lol. I just put an Injen CAI on mine, and it sounds awesome just with the stock type-s exhaust... you should have just left it alone man.

There's no doubt that the performance is there, but the sound is just awful. It makes your RSX sound like an older stock civic with an eBay muffler. I think if you added a couple of high flow resonators it would sound a lot better. Maybe a couple of Magnaflows or Vibrant resonators?

yeoo braa, nice type s. i got an 03 and im ready to get i/h/e but the only thing holding me back is the dc rh deleting the cat. i really want the dc bc it gets the most power but is it worth it? in PA we have insp. yearly so i guess id sacrifice the pain in the ass to put the stock mani. on and off if its worth it. i'm prolly gettin kpro too. is the rh cool for a daily driver? ive heard shit like the car will run to rich and smell like burnt oil n gas?

I have the same setup but with the stock resonator and I don't have that raspy sound.

It's sort of loud, but in a level where I can converse with my passengers. I have very good gains, I've had Apex'i N1 Catback and Open Header and I'll say I love my back pressure!
And i don't get pulled over any more for muffler modifications.
Sleeper Status for the win.
