How do you make yourself eat all those veggies? I have a habit of getting veggies and then they go to waste. Also how do you stop yourself from eating things like cake, ice cream, pies, etc? I can never stop myself from eating those kind of foods.

Antishay try not stress so much about pounds but more on body fat, because thats the reason that can relate to diseases or any other unhealthy things. If you have a certian amount of weight on your body, and your exercising and eating healthy, the weight could just mean you have a higher mass of muscle weight, which is actually good because all and everything that you eat, the fat gets used by the muscle. keeping being motivated like you are. You are a good inspiration.

ill give you a tip mix melted exra virgin coconut oil 1part with 1part cocoa (hersheys) ad some stevia insted of sugar as much as you like and let it harden in the freezer (15 minutes) And you will have CHOCOCALTE THAT MAKES YOU LOSING WEIGHT !!!! because the coconut oil helps losing weight there are many studies about it just google your welcome greets from germany
Your diet sounds great, but are you getting enough protein? To be at your healthiest, you should be having a good amount of protein with each meal, not just occasionally with dinner.

Careful.. I'm only an outsider but I noticed that you quit the juice fast early and you may be quitting the Accountability Challenge early. Perhaps you're setting goals that are too unrealistic for right now? In no way am I trying to judge, I'm just noticing and trying to help you get to the root cause.
@ChristiPosner I quit the juice fast early because I literally could not do it, and yes it was an ambitious goal but I still did 1 week and I think that's incredible. I have no qualms about quitting the fast early. I am considering juitting the accountability challenge because Jason was an ASSHOLE to me last week (personal life) and I don't really want to be associated with him anymore - it has nothing to with my weight loss at all. You'll notice I am still tracking and sticking to my goals...
@antishay I do not know where in Texas you are but in my city (Irving) we have a big Hindu community and a few very good stores that sell items from the Middle East. If you cannot find it at walmart let me know and I can mail you a can or a jar :)
Kale is a winter vegetable. Its hard to find in Australia, but some markets sell them. We grow our own, but its starting to get warmer so I'm not sure how much longer it will last... Mmmm green smoothies... Love your grocery hails :)
Cucumber is a fruit. A vegetable has to come from the leaf, stem, or root. (my boyfriend is a botanist :) Your food sounds delicious btw. Oh and you can use peanut butter as a tahini substitute if you can't find it.
It might sound weird, but you can replace tahini in hummus with peanut butter. It gives it a little bit of a different flavor, but putting a couple tablespoons of peanut butter with some jalapeno in the recipe is super yummy!
I just spend over $60 at Trader Joes and I was telling my mom I don't feel guilty cause I WILL eat it all. Alot of times in the past we would buy all this uber healthy food and would waste it...but not any more. What you said at the end was exactly what I was saying. Yahoo for health!
@Jlk6532 I just replace the cheese with ground pine nuts or almonds and nutritional yeast :) But I buy it with parmesan sometimes -- a tiny dab of dairy in my otherwise clean diet -- it doesn't worry me because it's SO little in the scope of things. I have a container of Buttoni pesto to finish before I make my own this week :P
