@jfong900 looool.... ok, first this is not long jump, this is a head-first-into-forward-roll jump... totally different. That distance in long jump is much easier in comparison. Secondly, we do MARTIAL ARTS, not long jumping. I bet if you stepped into the ring with one of our 15yr olds you wouldn't last 60 seconds. So, what I say is special about this video is a 15stn / 210lbs guy who does martial arts doing a head first jump for the first time. BUT MOST OF ALL IT'S JUST FOR FUN. So get a life.

I am a 15 year old boy. my last record of long jumping was 5.12m. 3.5m in this video was my grade 5's record. so...nothing special about this video

Jumping the range of 3.5 meters is not hard if you do sport regularly... what is hard is to perform that roll at the end...

The thing is you jumped to hight.... try to jump more forward, that is the key and you can improve your distance.
