this guy is clearly hacking, you can see it by how hes pinpointing farther then the average range, is able to pinpoint quickly in a 90$ degree angle and can pinpoint behind walls, he most likely got a hack that show the ghosts evre 2 frames and hes frap is recording evre other 2s.

Ghosts are visible when they move, however they can use a "physics glitch", I suppose you could call it, called bunnyhopping to stay invisible even while moving. This is where skill comes into the game. Bunnyhopping properly enough to reach a skilled pinpointer or pinpointing a skilled bunnyhopper is very hard.
