Wow I see this is an old video but my comment is still relevant. You don't have to pressure can peaches, just "water bath" can them. Seems to me that pressure canning would make them mushy. 15 or 20 minutes at 212 degrees Fahrenheit should do the trick.
We call it canning, as well, in the states (at least where I am). It's a lot of hard work. My grandmother used to can. There's corn, green beans, field peas, tomatoes, stew (I think that what it's called-this has tomatoes, ocra, corn, butter beans, green beans-this is added to other ingredients when preparing the meal), butter beans, and anything else grown in the garden that year. I love it!
Those peaches looked wonderful. Canned peaches over vanilla ice cream. Yum!

I believe it's called canning because tin cans were used for sealing and storing food before the technique of making glass jars able to be sealed with a lid was created. This is what I believe. Thank you very much!
Millions of peaches, peaches for me, millions of peaches ... does anyone else think of that song every time they see peaches? And check it out, it is at the top of the related videos.
looks like a lot of work, i just go to my local aldi store and get some for 39 pence per can.
