@Yarmox I like real classical music, like Ravel's magnificent string quartet. I do not like when someone steals Ravel's music, re-writes it (dumbs it down) and sells it for a commercial. That's what happened here.
Well, this was one of the first spots and it stopped running 5-6 months ago - didn't know they were still using the 'ting ting' crap. Maybe best to fast forward through the commercials - save your TV.
They need to change their music because it is EXTREMELY annoying. The music they had for the Civil War memorial commercials was epic, but I want to heave my TV out the window whenever that "ting, ting, ting" crap comes on.
I have been looking for the name of this song for like foreverrrrr....we danced to this this song in my dance class, but my teacher herself doesn't know what its called xD annoying!!
@Prior1313 The music is NOT Ravel's String Quartet in F major 2nd Movement. Whoever "composed" this shitty background music just ripped off the main theme from Ravel, added a few lame measures of his or her own variation on Ravel's theme, and cashed in on it. He ought to be ashamed of himself, as should whoever gave the approval to this commercial.
@apurcell13s You are correct, because the Royal Tenenbaums movie uses the actual Ravel piece during the cast credits. Unfortunately, there is a whole industry that churns out "canned" music which movies/shows/commercials can buy when they want something that "sounds like" a real piece, but they don't want to pay for it. This results in shitty commercials like this one.

The music sounds very familiar to me and I think it is from a videogame called Super Castlevania for the Super Nintendo.

@ifutureman It sounds oddly similar to the Cast of Characters scene from the Royal Tenenbaums. It is just slowed down and repeated.
