bruce lee has no form as a legitimate world class fighter, so he had a few unsanctioned matches vs local "kung fu masters" ( ie . nothing ), if he was so good he would have fought deiselnoi etc in public it would have proved his greatness. BTW i am a massive bruce lee fan ( great martial arts actor ). But no way a world class fighter

U guys crack me up with all those fairy tales....first off...He did get in the ring with Samart but it was an exhibition fight....I think the video is on youtube somewhere. As far as Diesel Noi fightin' Bruce Lee, that's totally ludicrous....the weight difference between the two is way too great. Get a clue, guys. Bruce to his credit did learn some Muay Thai and if you read his book you will find out that he even incorporated some of the Muay Thai techniques into JKD. Peace!

Samart and Dieselnoi did fight in 1982. This was a superfight and they did meet at catch weight. There is video but it is not in circulation, it was privately shot. This did not air since promoters at the time did not want live TV to interfere with the gate. There is a picture of it here. google Samart Dieselnoi and there is a picture of this fight in Axkickboxing.
