Yoyogi Park feels like a festival every weekend in summer, and half the time in winter.

Yeah - Tokyo is basically non-stop festivals in Summer.

There's all kinds of festivals in Yoyogi -- definitely check one out sometime. Usually Thai is the biggest and Brazilian is next. There's also a big Japanese dance festival...I think it's called yosakoi or something like that. That's pretty big out there too.
