Well it seems that she can't do GLADOS' voice without the sound effects. I thought for a second that she might be able to do a computerized voice on her own. Well at least Wheatly and Cave Johnson can do their own voices. Maybe because the voices are exactly what the actors used to sound... they wouldn't have even needed practice.

I know she's singing with her unmodified GLaDOS singing voice (you may notice GLaDOS' speaking and singing voices are a bit different), but still. Also, you would think she has this song memorized. She forgot the lyrics at some points, and sang the wrong ones at others. Still awesome, though.

To all the people who are upset because she doesn't know the song by heart, she only sang it because it was part of the job. "Oh, well, she's a singer. She should know her own song!" She didn't write it, and she's an OPERA singer. Why would an opera singer practice with a song like this? In the commentary version of Portal 1, she even said she was concerned that her voice would be TOO operatic for this.

She's not a fanboy, she's an actress who was kind enough to even sing this at a convention.
