No, there is not a single netbook in the market with DVD-Rom, neither Toshiba or from any other brand. However it is possible to use an external USB DVD-Rom with every netbook, for example to install a new Operative System from zero.
Good to hear that you like it. I think this is the one i'm going to buy. I'm glad I waited until the new year! I will only buy Toshiba! I've never had a problem.
I just bought 3 of them, one for each of my teens. I bought one first for the youngest because the older ones want a larger Dell laptop but when they saw all that this one did and the look and feel of it they had to get one. My oldest loves to make YouTube videos and was happy that the Movie Maker live was on it. The WiFi works well and love that it also has BlueTooth and the battery life is a plus. It lasted 8 hours out of the box but they were doing quite a bit of stuff on it. Uploaded all 2
