@xxxxsurvivorxxxx 40 minutes on the buses... if you were to drive it'd probably take 15-20 minutes. it's basically a straight shoot on 19th avenue (where the school is located). it's not far at all!
Do you know how many dorms like this one are available? Do they cost any extra to live in them? Oh, and how far is it to the water/Golden Gate Bridge from your dorm?
@xxxxsurvivorxxxx well in the towers (the dorm in this video) is like an apartment building... it goes up to the 15th floor. it's a little bit more than the regular freshman dorms, but you get so much more space. the cost sometimes changes... so you should check the sfsu.edu website. aaaand sf state is like 40 minutes from the golden gate bridge. you can get anywhere in sf on public transit.
im from socal; and im planning on applying to sf state and san jose state; i think i wud like sj more because its more of like home since its sunny and not as hilly and impacted like sfstate; yett i would still get a feel of going away from home (: what do u think?

@beauty2392 yaaa, you have to pay a little bit more... but i think it's definitely worth it, since you get more living space, a kitchenette and our own bathroom. the regular dorms are very tiny. but if you live in the mary's you'll definitely get a chance to know everyone on your floor (you kind of have to since you all will be sharing a bathroom). any other questions feel free to ask!
