In my opinion, I think the monogram boxart is a great looking one. The models from monogram are known for being inexpensive and, to me, that attribute is incomparable.
This is not a review of P-38 models. This is a look inside the box of the 1973 Monogram kit to show the modeling community exactly what you get when you buy one of these older kits on ebay.
Let me tell you that you have a great model I built an identical in 1996 and spent many hours and some modifications but in the end it was worth.
