Ugh. Just hearing you read this made my brain hurt. What a lazy author! I mean, imagine someone talking like this in real life!

@ChiptheBlackMage Yeah, that would sound rather dumb if someone spoke like that in real life. Reading a story out loud is one of the best methods in finding mistakes, especially glaring ones like that.

Good lord I got so confused in this mess. Maybe it's because I didn't have any prior knowledge of the show but I don't know if even that would have saved it. I'm sorry you had to sit through that, hopefully this week you have a better fanfic to read.

I haven't watched the entire video, but I just want to point out that I think Kid vs Kat is great! Interesting enough, I actually had my own spec script of the series read and critiqued by one of the series' story editors.

Awww, I wanted to hear your ten-minute rant :(.

Anyway, that was a stupid, stupid story. I had no idea what was going on, but at least I was able to pick up what kind of characters some of them were. And even then, they were bland. I took a look at the author's other stories, and at least she got better. This was one of her first stories, so I'll excuse her for being an amateur, but it's still pretty bad.

I enjoyed this review. Looking forward to next week!

@KumoriGurasu To be honest, there wasn't really a "ten minute rant". My camera does this "lovely" thing where it pauses its filming to make another file. In the process of doing this, it doesn't film everything and cuts out the sound of the stuff it did pick up. So, yeah, I was pretty pissed because my rant was pretty good.

To give a very brief explanation of "Kid vs. Kat"

Kat is an alien, it's species looks like hairless cats.

Every episode the Kat tries to do something evil

Coop tries to stop it with varying success due to his sister loving the alien.

Surprising me is the show is really not that bad

I discovered it while I was very very sick while watching tv. I dropped the remote and it changed the channel where a Kid vs. Kat marathon was playing. I was in too much pain to move so I didn't get the remote.

Surprising enough, the fanfictions are two of the earliest ones that I wrote and managed to have. Still might do them sometime in the future if I get the courage to read them on camera.
