ive heard this but why is it so bad to mix protein an carbs?? its good on sugar levels but why bad??

@cromerbeach low glycemic carbs. and even lower because of fats (fats as well as protein an fiber slow sugar to the blood)

2. I skipped dinner and so I'm starving!
