At one point back in the late 90's i used to see these Renny 5's everyday there was a craze for them where i lived, those Boyo racers had them kitted out with massive exhausts and awesome body kits, an awesome car i never see much of these days what a shame coz they sound amazing!

the turbo II's are way too expensive usually from 6000 to 15OOO pounds

and that is a gt's original colour

It's the decent, standard ones that are hard to find. Likewise 205 GTi's. Some kid offered me £200 for mine, the cheek. Last miami blue 1.6 to be registered in the UK, totally standard. Although to be fair it has been sat on the parents drive for 3 years.

two to the penny in france why there's one parked outside my place and there's probably at least 40 or so in my area,in little french areas people have nothing to do so they kit out old bangers.

the average price is between 800 and 2000 euros that's about 500 to 1400 pounds .

i got given a r5 but it was good for the scrappy

First : A turbo 2 or 1 ( the expensive one ) is about 23k€to 30k€

Second : in 2001 we've got the €uro and not " franc "

Third, those cars takes value here with time ;)

and he payed a grand for it in francs

i think the prices must have changed in the uk but not that much over here

an alpine turbo is older than a gt turbo

Alpine turbo is not the same as a GT . but they both got the " cleon " engine wich cames from Renault 8 and used on the gordini ;)

And alpine turbo too takes value . Much more than GT because it's hard to find a clean one :)
