  • awful movie

  • BullittVanishing Point

  • Let me make it a little more clear. Vanishing Point was almost as good as Smokey and the Bandit.

  • Thumbs up if you only found Vanishing Point from listening Breakdown from Guns N' Roses

  • 0:36 where she have her tits?

  • I highly recommend to watch this movie being high.

    You can touch the speed.

  • @upurnose46 yes

  • esta mejor la de fast and furious jeje....... e ke pedo io llegue aqui por un video de audioslave osea ke thumbs up .......

  • esta pelicula esta de jodida puta madre! d las mejores road movies, en mi opinion, bastante mejor q easy ryder

  • Bom ba garai

  • 2010 Dodge Challenger owner here! Almost as good as The Bandit.

  • @mmeares74 The Bandit drove a Trans Am......

  • @allwalledup Im not an elietiest, Im just saying what any car guy would have said. Asking for thumbs up because you googled Vanishing Point because of Death Proof is just as lame as finding out theres a 60's Gone in 60 seoconds by googling the one with Nick Cage.

  • @beatingcane Actually, I only knew there was a older version of 60 seconds by watching Deathproof. They also mentioned that.

But I'm not a car guy.

  • i love vanishing point its the reason i want an original 1970 dodge challenger 440. Thumbs up if you love classic muscle cars

  • @Bigr0b anyone who loves old cars has to love this movie .i saw it when i was eleven years old ,never thought that someday i would have a v. point 70 challenger, and yes mine has front bumper gaurds.now its time to let it go.

  • fun fact......anyone who's seen the audioslave video for "show me how to live" show know what that video is based off of

  • I hate when people need a reference point in order to find a great movie from the past. What angers me more is how half of you morons will just stop here. Rather than wanting more and doing some research on your own to find thousands upon thousands of other gems. Because if you did that, you would start to realize how Hollywood has systematically lowered the standards of film to the most incredible degree. Take a better look. You will find that tarantino has borrowed ALOT of ideas.

  • @Waynereich

    Borrowed ? :-)

  • @Waynereich Yet this is almost the only way to find out about movies like that. Especially if you are teenager from outside the US.

  • We need the narrator for modern movies.

  • Come on now. Medal of Honor, former bike and stock racer.... former police officer.. aint that some shit. Bullitt was a lot better than this hippy movie.

  • @SecularTechnology

    Why even compare ?

  • shit, this narrator is AWESOME~

  • 0:23 When the narrator said "he uses speed to get himself up" and the guy swallows something, I actually wasn't sure if they meant the pill or the sensation :)

  • Classic!!!

  • Huggy Bear and Naked Girl on Motorcycle - it can lose, green light this!

  • Supercharged :o

  • Back when even the cop cars were bad ass.

  • Jesus H. Christ! since 1971 I have seen this movie more than 50 times!

won't we not all be like Kowalski?

only the Caterpillar advertising at the end ... DDDDDDDD

    Sluzzelberch

  • @Sluzzelberch "won't we all not be like Kowalski?" Won't we all not indeed.

  • ok so if hes delivering a dodge charge then why wont the company actually use a truck?

  • @mrxai658 1) its not a charger its a challenger. 2) It explains in the film 3) watch the remake on youtube, all the parts are there dude

  • @63bugga ok I see the point that the truck is a fag due to its wanted list

  • @mrxai658 Back in those days they hired drivers to deliver cars to owners because it was cheaper than hiring truck delivery drivers who were mostly union workers.

  • @44excalibur Ok I see it then. wow then everyone is after him just because the company wont hire trucks

  • @mrxai658 LOL No, Kowalski took a bet from his drug supplier that he could make the delivery in under 48 hours(I think). Kowlaski kept to the quiet back roads to avoid any traffic when a highway patrol officer on a motorcycle tried to pull him over for going over the speed limit. Kowlaski refused to stop and ran the officer off the road. Many people thought the police overreacted to Kowalski's driving, since he was a skilled driver and stayed off the main highways.

  • @44excalibur but why a Drug supply dealer? whats the deal with it in delivering the Dodge charge???

  • @mrxai658 First of all, it's not a Dodge Charger, it's a Dodge Challenger. They are two different cars. Second, his Kowlaski got hooked on speed so he could stay awake longer to make his deliveries. His speed dealer also happened to be a bookie who arranged illlegal bets on pretty much anything. Kowalski was already going to get paid for delivering the Challenger to its owner, but he would get an even bigger paycheck from his dealer if he got it there in half the time.

  • @44excalibur oh I see. that makes everything clear now THX

  • @mrxai658 You're welcome. :)

  • 0:36 that got this vid more likes than anything else. Of course, the Challenger did too, but not as much ^_^

  • looks like lots of deleted scenes?

  • Top 10 list of the Greatest movies ever made. If you were a kid when this came out you know what im talking about. The Dozers at the end, man that sucked. This movie and the original gone in 60 seconds. When watched aaat a movie theater rocked. Still scarred from Jaws, bastards ruined swimming in the ocean for millions.

  • if you like cars in vanishing point , watch this hemi cuda' 1970 in our short movie grindhouse like ....

    it's named CUDA'S FICTION

  • Man if you only found out about Vanishing Point because of Death Proof you shouldnt be getting thumbs up.

  • @beatingcane or your less than 40 years old

  • @beatingcane lol who the hell cares how you found it? its a great movie...fucking elietest...

  • @beatingcane Amen to that.

  • @beatingcane I found out about Vanishing Point from watching an episode of Jay Leno's garage....does that mean i can get thumbs up?

  • @beatingcane shut the fuck up you useless fucking goof! cool guy over here thinks he's hip, die in a ditch you fucking hipster shithead fucking loser faggot. lmfao sorry <3

  • you gave me life, now show me how to live.

  • how was this related to Assasain Creed Revaltions????

  • most cool movie in the world

  • I like how they show every good part of the movie...

  • Supercharged? :o

  • at 0:59 the police car looks like a 4-door plymouth roadrunner of 1970?! atleast the front does look similar to one :/ correct me if im wrong ;) (were roadrunners ever built 4-doors? )

  • @DRIFTking95M

Looks like a Dodge Polara to me...

  • Este filme é um road-movie, bem ao estilo do Easy rider, só que no filme de Peter Fonda e Dennis Hopper os veículos eram as motos e aqui é um carro incrementado, correndo a mil por hora. O roteiro é legal e o filme interessante.

  • most beautiful Dodge ever made!

  • um i just watched a bit of audioslave - show me how to live............ Dejavu ???

  • Best car chase movie ever made , and i have seen them all .

  • Dude, ya gotta be a fkin kidding about that, that 2011 and still it's dream of my car.

  • Ich hab eine ähnliche Tour 1990 im Trabi gemacht-lebe aber noch....-D-ROLF.com

  • and there goes the challenger, bein' chased by the blue blue meanies on wheels...

  • This is basically a "Product Placement" Film for Chrysler Corporation. I have a '73 Dodge Charger Hardtop, 318 V-8, Slap Stik. Chrysler Products are DA BEST.....WAIT! Maybe YOU didn't hear me...CHRYSLER PRODUCTS ARE THE BEST!!!! Dodge was founded in 1914 by John And Horace Dodge. ....."A White Dodge Challenger with a 440 Six-Pak and a 4-Speed...." I LOVE how The Stuffy Jag. gets his ass toasted. Thanks(AGAIN )RETROTUBE!!! Love The Y Bodied Imperial in the 1st Scene....

  • @pishposhthis off course!

  • @pishposhthis HAHA True.

Stuntman Mike: Get ready to fly bitch.

  • Comment removed

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • @pishposhthis can you stop being so simple and comment on the movie instead of what GAY thing you looked at that made you look at this movie.

  • @pishposhthis Dude you gotta get into more chase movies. It doesn't matter how it's just good to watch em. Real cars real drivers non of that cgi shit

  • i hate it.

  • Without words. Sex on wheels.

  • most potent pony car ever, should be put in the smithsonian

and who's the best driver out there, KOWALSKI

  • FUCK - thats awesome!

  • This is a classic movie. Thanks for uploading it!

  • Guns 'n Roses had packed the text of the DJ's into her song "Breakdown". So what he says from 1:32

  • Does anybody have to ending to this, if so please give me the link. Thnaks!!

  • My most beautiful car was a '64 Dodge Polara 500 convertible...with a 426, 4 speed...they didn't make a whole lot of them...wish I had it back.

  • @spahjrp if you like 64 Dodge's check my You tube channel/page

  • @summitdrinker Yep, that red one has a helluva pedigree but my white convertible with black vinyl bucket seats was prettier, "fancier", and sounded like a bad dog with the NON-STOCK "Thrush" glass pacs on it. Damn...wish I had that car back!

  • to see a 70 challenger running 140mph on the autobahn search for it on you tube. or check out my favorites

  • gimmie that car

  • @verymanjk Kinky!

  • They had NICE interiors back then.

  • those cars had the most lousy, cheepo interiors in them back then

  • Lets see more of the naked blondie, anybody have it?

  • @summitdrinker i watched it on netflix about 3 yrs ago

  • The movie really got to me.

  • @toyomaru90 i watched this movie on netflix but that was quite a while back. bout 3yrs ago

  • audioslave vid?

  • Car exploitaition, the BEST genre of movie ever created!!

  • RIP Cleavon Little. He was also awesome in "Blazing Saddles"!

  • did they forget to tell him they want the car there in one piece

  • I live in Denver. Where's my Challenger to drive to California?

I've easily watched this movie 50 times, along with Two Lane Blacktop, The California Kid, Crazy Mary and Dirty Larry, Hot Rod, Easy Rider, Thunder Road, The Wild Angels, Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas, The Wild One, Rousing Rebels, Wild Angels, High Noon and The Good, The Bad And The Ugly. I can watch them over and over.

  • Super Duper Soul! Farout Man!

  • this movie mixed with audioslave's video is one of the best on youtube.

  • kinda made no fucking sence t ll re. was awsome

  • TOP MOVIE BUT THE END WAS STUPID!

  • @bienenpabst Not stupid , no, it's like Romeo and Juliet. He went to be with his lost lover Vera who drowned surfing in a lake. It's a movie about true love and the belief in an afterword. It's a spiritual movie, man. Can you dig it? There ain't no living end, man. Ain't that groovey? Are you cool now? Are you with It?

  • @1971SuperLead but what can the poor challenger for?

  • NICE!

  • Top movie! Watchd it by acident when i was about 12. Love the blind dj in it! And that hot naked blonde on the bike. Kowalski and his dodge r cool as f@*k! Gr8 road movie. Chek out duel. But dont watch tarantinos deathproof coz its shite

  • Building a 1970 dodge Challenger R/T Clone "kowalski Special" right now....Loved this movie when I saw it for the first time around '87 or so...Something bout Pistol Grip 4-speed and just going flat out....Groovy man, I can dig it..

  • @6869505 Dude, when you come to Denver you gotta give me a ride in that bad dude! I've seen the movie from start to end around 50 times. I'm so glad it was a 67 Camaro they wrecked in the end. That Challenger is a wicked machine. I just hope you put some nicer seats in yours! lol No fun sliding around on those flat vinyl seats. I'm old, I remember those seats. I've driving quite a few old Dodges back in the 70's. I drove a black 68 Charger a few times from a used car lot. That car was cool too

  • hahahahahhahahaha five star bollocks

  • click my name for the site to watch full movies online free! works great! me and my friends all watch movies there

  • Is this the movie when at the end he slams into a bulldozer road block?

  • @TequilaTommy yea

  • kowalski you bad ass motha effa!!!

(i think this movie inspired that "audioslave " video.....)

  • The chase scenes in this movie are some of THE coolest driving videos next to the Road Warrior chase scenes!

  • The world needs a Kowalski today.

  • This car, is in my eyes, the most beautiful car, that ever build *___*

I love it, more than all in the world !

    Thats no joke !

  • @xxXKESSLERXxx You mean a 1970 Dodge Challenger with a 440 engine?

  • lol this looks pretty fucking cool

  • This is currently my favorite movie. It's not just about a guy high on drugs and escaping from the cops, it's all about putting your hopes in the strangest things to get away from your everyday life...

  • 1:20 - great montage showing what really mattered to the younger generation back in 1970 ... cocaine induced frenzy, anti-authority feelings, followed by gyration-style dancing, plus live music and funky outfits.

  • KOWALSKI IS THE BEST !!!!!!!!!

  • he sound like chuck norris

  • This trailer doesn't do justice. Watch the movie but try to tune out the dialogue if you can manage.

  • Show me how to live

  • A naked woman??? In a Movie Trailer??? Things sure have changed alot!!!

  • @smallbee1234 this movie was made a long time ago

  • Good Movie...rent it and watch it.

  • Amerykanie chyba uważają, że połowa Polaków nosi nazwisko Kowalski:) Rewelacyjny film.

  • Why are you laughing Mary? Well tell me!

  • yeeaahh!

  • BLOODY BRILLIANT CLASSIC, CULT MOVIE!!!! The car is damn sexy!

  • great movie

  • If they were gonna do a remake of this movie use the 2010 Challenger R/T painted in white hehe or use the SRT-8

  • still bothered by the end of the "vanishing point"- did Kowalski( News' character) kill himself, was he too HIGH on Benzos to know what was happening, or was it an accident? (he was smiling before he crashed) The 1997 version (with Viggo Mortensen SUCKED ans was more "paraniod conspiracy vs the orgi. being more "plain anti establishment)

  • @mrkg1 The blonde is hot hot hot....

  • Comment removed

  • They REALLY knew how to make films back in the 70s!

  • damn dont die kowalski

  • i was crying

  • Like wow man...

  • what is the patrol car the cops are driving it looks so familiar but i can't put my finger on it.

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • Could be a Plymouth Roadrunner or a Fury 68 or 69

  • @human1089 It's a 70' plymouth belvedere it probably looks familiar because it has the same grill as a roadrunner, and is basically the four door version of the car the roadrunner is based off of

  • @hemigtx

it´s a 70´dodge challenger RT 440,one of the last real musclecars

  • Wow, sincerely, for some reason, this movie looks great! I feel like someone decent could make a good remake of this, and it would work.

  • Many of these scenes were done along hiway 50, Austin Nevada

  • DONT WORRY NO CHALLENGERS WERE HARMED IN THE MAKING OF THIS FILM !!!!!!! the car that crashed and blew up at the end of the film was accually a camaro. after the crash when they put the flaming car out pause the movie and you will see the camaro badge upside down on the hood of the car. and if you know your cars like i do... just by looking at it you can tell its a camaro just before he hits the bulldozer's and after the wreck when they put out the fire you'll see its a white camaro. compare!

  • @craaabppl

    thanks for the spoiler rtard.

  • Nail in my hand, From my creator! You gave me a live now show me how to live! ~Audioslave

  • mmhhmm

  • they have already

  • wow! good movie. Hot, awesome Challenger.

  • i bought this on blue ray yesterday. i loved watching it when i was a kid. i loved the white challenger.

  • So much fun--trailer doesn't do this film justice.

  • When I saw this in the seventies I was totally unprepared for it...back then you just "went to the movies" because every week there's a new one, ya know? But it had all sorts of taboo things going on in it, and was pretty amazing for the time.

  • sci fi just cant get enough of it on tv - even though this is a little corny as its hard to take the girl from lost going to be on two shows at the same time soon - anyway online watch V Streaming -dot - info

  • o melhor de todos os filmes, eterno, inesquecivel não tem nenhum velozes e furiosos pra tirar a coroa deste filmetendo o final marcante, gerson brasil.

  • cleavon little was a favorite of hollywood jews, appearing 4 years later in mel brooks's epic"blazing saddles."

  • Inspirations to my owne small road movie.

  • LOL most monotone trailer narrator ever!!

  • Great stuff!

  • because of this movie and U-Turn I now appreciate American Muscle Cars
