jumping off two feet isnt nessesarily harder. it just depends on the person. for some people, jumping off 1 foot is harder. for some, 2 feet is harder. i know guys that cant get any height off of 1 foot. but can jam with 2. so it all depends. lebron james is a 1 foot jumper. he cant get as high if he jumps off two. vince carter is one of those that can do both just as good. so it all depends on the person.

That's why you see a lot of perimeter guys leap off one foot while big guys usually use two.
