You don't specially need Sony Vegas to make it HD. The quality is what it is, he recorded it with a Dazzle, so not the best quality but just focus on the gameplay :D

if anything i recommend leaving it on the same size he recorded with, and edit with that would be much better quality compared to a stretched out and pixelated version
