I think you should go to the nearest county building or Ron Paul campaign headquarters and fins out if N. Carolina has an "Open" primary or if you have to register for the party of you candidate, before you can vote in the primary election. Any one serious about Ron Paul will HAVE to vote in the PRIMARY election. Get intouch with the officials and find out what you need to do. In Arkansas you need to register BEFORE Jan.
