Rhinoplasty (nose job)

I been looking for the perfect surgeon and your before and after pictures comfort me in my decision to get it done this summer when i turn 21. But, Im trying to figure out what's the difference between a 'finesse' rhinoplasty and a 'primary' rhinoplasty. Im trying to remove my hump and make the tip of my nose smaller to soften my entire face. How much would both of those procedures together cost?? Also I am from the east and wondering if you have an office in New York where you perform your surg
