Can you go through your schedule for the week. Do you schedule in a treat or time to veg out? When you know you have met all/most of your goals? I think it's important to congratulate ourselves (not with food) for sticking to our goals, because others may not realise or appreciate what we are doing. It's hard you know. By the way WELL DONE, big pat on the back for you Rawn and everyone who is trying and succeeding to make their changes.
My goals last week went ok. I did each about 60-75% to completion. Better then 0 but not as good as I'd like.
This week my goal is to be more open minded and accepting.. and less... Irritable? Negative? This week I'll be working in groups a lot and I need to just.... Be a team player. I don't care for the direction the projects are going but I need to make the best of it! So that's my only goal. Cause it will be very difficult! Lol
i just love your spirit rawn. im half done with 21 day cleanse. was already vegan but was slippin away, so this cleanse is to help with my food addictions, and they are addictions. so many emotions attached to food for me, im italian.lol
I work better by having accountablity, support and positive reinforcement. you are all of that to so many. thank you. one of my goals this week is to post a vid response stating my goals by sunday

My goal is to quit smoking..I've been trying for the past couple weeks but my body is so addicted to things that are bad for me..(like junk food also) but I feel I am ready to kick the habit..do you have any tips when temptation really kicks in? It's really hard for me to make my mind want the right things for me..
@MelRogers91 hey I smoked for ten years and quit like 4 years ago. I had really good luck with the nicotine gum there are two types one that tastes good and one that tastes awful. Get the good tasting one. I did not follow the box instructions I chewed a piece every two hours and two pieces after every meal, for like a week and a half and then I was on my way to the store to buy more and I was like, hmmm I'm good and haven't had nicotine since. Google smoking recovery timeline for motivation.
So I went on a bike ride today....totally didn't expect to do 10.1 miles! I was surprised by how far I had went because I barely exercise. I'd say it has been close to 1 year that I had got a decent amount of exercise. I used to skateboard and BMX A LOT in high school. I wanna get back into doing both for my goals!
Right on, Rawn! You're definitely right about scheduling your goals. I am more likely to finish something if I schedule it. It also feels good to be able to erase it/check it off the list when you're done. :) Sometimes you just need to go with the flow if life is happening not according to plan. You're doing great!

My goals for last week were:
1. Eat almond milk instead of regular milk.
2. Healthy low sugar cereal instead of regular ceral.
3. Walk everyday, and do push ups and little bit of weights everyday.
4. Only have ice cream once. (failed)
5. Very low Sodium diet.
6. Quinuoa instead of noodles/potatoes.
I followed all my goals except for #4.
This week I'm going to post a vid of my new goals. :). Thanks for the motivation!

I achieved all my goals last week :)
This week my goals are:
1) Run 4 times a week for at least 20 minutes
2) Drink 4 green teas a day
3) Speak to a friend I have not seen in a while
4) Eat let carb based foods
