This was actually quite well-done, but then I'm a sucker for Venom/Spider-Man slideshow MVs set to this song, because it describes their relationship nearly perfectly. Eddie Brock hates Peter Parker/Spider-Man, but the symbiote, had it a chance, would take Peter back because it still loves him, which would mean Venom's accosting of Mary Jane would be more like a stalker terrorizing their ex's new lover a la, "(S)He left *ME* for *YOU*?!" And the comment on Peter's hypocrisy is food for thought.

I do have one question though. from 2:00 to about 2:15, there was a slight pause before venom smiled at MJ... We've established that this video is mostly from the symbiotes POV... so what do you think it was feeling there? Anyway, I'd just like to say thanks for this vid. So many writers at marvel seem to forget about Venom's duality. It's always either the host that's the center of the universe, or the symbiote is a cliche monster. So seeing that someone finally gets it was refreshing.

@skullnocturne The lyrics are from the symbiote's POV, but the pictures have Brock's POV as well as the symbiotes. Brock was just smiling because he was about to start his reign of payback. Thanks man! Took me all night one night to make, still love it myself. Spread it around, I love comments like this. :D Also, this is the perfect song for Venom's duality of love and hate.

You know there was a line Venom said once to parker "You were never innocent" and I'm starting to think it's true. he recites that power and responsibility crap like a mantra and yet he never lives up to it. Even in the Stan Lee days he would do nothing but complain about how much it sucked to be Spiderman or bitch about. his 1 dimensional dead girlfriend. the symbiote saved his life in the belltower even though Parkers first reaction upon learning what it was "OMG! ITS ALIVE! KILL IT!"

Indeed it is. by the way I forgot to compliment your editing skill on this particular video. Most Venom tributes are just random shots of venom placed to either this song or Animal I have become. with no rhyme or reason to either the slides or the music. The timing on this never feels out of place, and you somehow even managed to convey the feelings of multiple characters successfully. Bravo.
