I do not know about them having the Filet-O-Fish or Apple Pie from the start; both of those were introduced around 1967.

The first mcdonald's restrauntonly had hamburgers, cheeseburgers, double hamburgers and double cheeseburgers, french fries, shakes, fish sandwiches, apple pie, coffee and soda. But the didn't had big macs, quarter pounder with cheese, chicken mcnuggets, salads, mcflurry, or mcdouble.

The 10th one is what really catches my eyes. But the McDiner in what they incorrectly identify as being in Lafayette, IN (it's actually in Kokomo, IN) is rarer still and neither it nor the concept itself lasted.
