The house was modeled from a photo of the resort. Yea, everything moving is 3D: Nurbs being pulled by lattices and the debris are all polys. The smoke was made with Fluids. Had to recreate the space behind the house that would show when the house falls.

The black space on the left side is for the audio lay in, as this was released in film. Everything else will be seen on screen except the black part.
