You cannot apply Japanese rock&roll styles to singing Rod Stewart or the Beatles. The singing sounds like a grinding wheel sharpening a knife.
This song is would have been terrific if sung by someone with the voice of Tanimura Shinji (of Subaru fame). This singer should go home to learn how to sing with a smoother voice.
