The aerial photography is fantastic and it was hazardous to capture it.

@damirhusic That comm traffic was probably from a member of the Aggressors, who do not have a command system like the Blue force, nor are they fighting in typical American fashion. They are merely mimicking the opposition's tactics and skill to provide realistic opponents for the Blues.

However, I must say I agree with you that the continuity, indeed the veracity, of this film is quite inconsistant, especially this exchange:

"Break left!"

@35Cypher yeah whoever edited this video.. it doesnt make sense.. he flys the f15C but every time you see the chase its an f16.. and the f18 landing.. changing camera angle and its a f15.. bad job of getting the right footage at the right spot lol

there is something impossible in the footage there, i have no idea why they filmed it like that, but the guy who shoots the F-15 down should be sitting, according to what they say in the film - in an F-16. even so, when he shoots the F-15 down, and they film him shouts "yeah!!!" in his cockpit (at 6:28 minutes) - you can see its an F-15 he sits in... why is that?

All in cockpit views are F16s becoz we never see a double rudder.

Thats a eagle. Wings are too big. No reinforcement metal strip along the canopy visible. Intake ramps to the sides of the canopy. You can also see the port vertical stabilizer.

There is no such thing as a BAD fighter pilot, lol. ANY undesirable pilot in ANY country's air force are filtered out QUICKLY, some pilots just have that "edge", thats all.

I may be ignorant to air combat tactics, but I would think that the F-15 pilot would only have to climb altitude and then he would have an advantage over the F-16 that was on his tail. Maybe he would have been vulnerable while climbing, and that's why he didn't do it, I don't know.

The actual events that occur that day are not staged. But they don't have all the footage they need to show things exactly the way they happened. So they show footage of other jets, or footage that is shot separately to show what happened.
