Buckethead had a tough childhood, and I think that's why he acts the way he does. Brain has told an interviewer that early in Buck's life one of his friends died of cancer and the same year his Aunt Suzie died. He also was abused by other children. Maybe he's trying to relive his childhood by acting that way.
