To judge is to pass a sentence and that is different from pointing out a wrong.Stoning the adulterous woman would be judging, but pointing out her sin is simply a fact. If I point out the sin in my her life and show him how to overcome it in Christ, I have in no way shape or form judged her. As far as I do not take or carry out the "punishment" with my own hands and simply point out the sin, I am not judging. A judge doesn't just tell you that you are wrong and let's you walk out of the court.

Amen Brother, i've run across that same talk. They don't understand that the LORD says his servants will have it in their hearts to speak of God's judgement on those that believe not in him. We do not judge people, but we judge their actions that are ungodly and so we rebuke their acts. We hope that they repent and then server the LORD and live by his commandments. Once saved always saved is truth. It's literally peppered throughout Paul's epistles. The problem you're having is not rightly dividing the word of God 2 Tim 2:15. If you doubt once saved always saved you, in essence, are believing your salvation is contingent upon you and you're ability to stay saved. Ironically, it's the antithesis of faith in Christ alone. Which, if I"m not mistaken, is the only way we're saved.

I used to think that only the Devil send people to hell, but I was wrong. But God was revealing to me what is truth. And hearing Paul washer, and John Mcarthur, some of the great preacher of God. I was able to reconfirm part of my conscience. It all make sense to me.
@dave777blaster Sin is sin. If you are living in and practicing sin willingly you are going to Hell unless you repent. End of story. God didn't leave us out here with no guidance as to the eternal destiny of our soul to the point where we have to "guide" ourselves. The word is there to guide us so we don't have to guide ourselves "the best we can". If it was the case that we'd have to guide ourselves we'd all be on our way to Hell, he was grateful enough to off us a path to Heaven, it is narrow.
@dave777blaster I never said a common thief couldn't find salvation. I was a mess before I found salvation. Drugs, alcohol, gangs, etc. When I got saved I had to put all those things behind me because the Bible tells us to present ourselves a living sacrifice HOLY and ACCEPTABLE unto the Lord (Romans 12:1-2) which is our REASONABLE service. There is salvation available to EVERYONE, but you have to repent of your sins to be saved.

It seems like the only verse some Christians know is Matthew 7:1 or judge not, lest ye be judged. It is very unfortunate that they are so ignorant of the Bible that they take one verse out of context and build an entire theological justification of their own sin from it. But take the Bible and you see that there is actual proof that these things happened. Examples would include the buildings and structures found in the Old Testiment; the shroud Jesus was buried in; prophecies coming true from Revelations in the last 50-100 years. Sure doesn't sound like a fairy tale to me. I think I'll take everlasting life over hell.
@72Brundlefly The bible has many fairy tale characteristics too it. You know, Hinduism knew, 1,400 years ago, that the earth was round, but more like an ostracise's egg, just like it is! It also teaches that the moon reflects the sun's light, and that we are in orbit around the sun, along with other planets. Thats more "proof" than Christianity can ever have, yet its not proof at all. All religions have "proof" but you can never know who created the universe or what happens when we die.

To judge is to pass a sentence and that is different from pointing out a wrong.Stoning the adulterous woman would be judging, but pointing out her sin is simply a fact. If I point out the sin in my her life and show him how to overcome it in Christ, I have in no way shape or form judged her. As far as I do not take or carry out the "punishment" with my own hands and simply point out the sin, I am not judging. A judge doesn't just tell you that you are wrong and let's you walk out of the court.

Amen Brother, i've run across that same talk. They don't understand that the LORD says his servants will have it in their hearts to speak of God's judgement on those that believe not in him. We do not judge people, but we judge their actions that are ungodly and so we rebuke their acts. We hope that they repent and then server the LORD and live by his commandments. As the Lord hopes so do we, that all repent and not be destroyed but come to know GOD and his son Jesus Christ.

Once saved always saved is truth. It's literally peppered throughout Paul's epistles. The problem you're having is not rightly dividing the word of God 2 Tim 2:15. If you doubt once saved always saved you, in essence, are believing your salvation is contingent upon you and you're ability to stay saved. Ironically, it's the antithesis of faith in Christ alone. Which, if I"m not mistaken, is the only way we're saved.

Drugs, alcohol, gangs, etc. When I got saved I had to put all those things behind me because the Bible tells us to present ourselves a living sacrifice HOLY and ACCEPTABLE unto the Lord (Romans 12:1-2) which is our REASONABLE service. There is salvation available to EVERYONE, but you have to repent of your sins to be saved.

It seems like the only verse some Christians know is Matthew 7:1 or judge not, lest ye be judged. It is very unfortunate that they are so ignorant of the Bible that they take one verse out of context and build an entire theological justification of their own sin from it. Thank you telling the truth and posting this. Many Christians think that they should keep their faith to themselves and actually side with atheists when it comes to talking about Jesus with people. There's a right way and a wrong way to do it but if we follow the leadership of the holy spirit we will succeed! Im new at sharing my faith and I feel comforted by this video. I knew atheist wouldn't like it but it's weird for me to be rebuked by fellow Christians and at times worse than others.

Judge not lest you be judged also means busying yourself with the sins of others. There is two kinds of judgment.True&false. If we spread the WORD we have no time to judge others sin. Who's sin is greater than mine?I do believe in rebuke&decerment.What you say in a voice other than your own is deception.The kick butt moment in the temple was a rebuke against mans theology.That includes what you say plus a whole list of the turmoil in the christian community. @mamasboy815....That is incorrect,Jesus was clearly upset because of the money changers & the priest had turned the temple into a marketplace.A place to make profits. As far as busying myself with the sins of others I rarely ever do that. But for instance if a co-worker should use the name Jesus Christ and yell it out in irritation like a curse word. I will did take the time to correct them. Sadly my correction has not convinced them to stop. But at least I warned them! Exodus 20:7

@redbonesmkia i've accidently cursed his name a couple of times when i was young, now i don't. and everytime i get irritated and come close to cursing his name i think to myself, well its not jesus's fault, why am i blaming him? it should be myself to blame or the person/thing that caused the irritation. and so i shout out, "Damn you... (My/Persons name)!"
i'm glad that there are more people out there like that think the same thing...as the saying goes: "NEVER TAKE THY LORD NAME IN VAIN!" :D

I am guessing you are looking for peace in your heart by justifying yourself. The real peace is to take responsability for yourself and repent of it, believe that God punished Jesus for your sins and never go that way again. Living for Jesus is never boring, but not knowing where you are going without him is scary. Jesus is alive.

None of us Christians are living perfect lives,but hopefully we are becoming better people every year.The difference is that we Christians are forgiven because of what Jesus has done for us. All your doing here is undermining our Salvation& keeping the lost from believing in the Gospel. @boxtrap21 A fairy tale would be something like Goldilocks and the 3 bears, where nothing in the story bares resemblance to real life.
But take the Bible and you see that there is actual proof that these things happened. Examples would include the buildings and structures found in the Old Testiment; the shroud Jesus was buried in; prophecies coming true from Revelations in the last 50-100 years. Sure doesn't sound like a fairy tale to me. I think I'll take everlasting life over hell.

@72Brundlefly The bible has many fairy tale characteristics too it. You know, Hinduism knew, 1,400 years ago, that the earth was round, but more like an ostracise's egg, just like it is! It also teaches that the moon reflects the sun's light, and that we are in orbit around the sun, along with other planets. Thats more "proof" than Christianity can ever have, yet its not proof at all. All religions have "proof" but you can never know who created the universe or what happens when we die.
