That's the deal about private schools, they can exclude, expel or discriminate against atheists, jews, blacks or brunettes....I vehemently disagree with them, but they still have their rights. Unfortunately if you are talking about private school, they have the right to set their own expulsion policies, UNLESS they have a written non-discrimination clause. That's the deal about private schools, they can exclude, expel or discriminate against atheists, jews, blacks or brunettes....I vehemently disagree with them, but they still have their rights. They mostly hate other religions. I lived among Muslims near Izmir, Turkey. They were more interested in what an atheist was than in judging me. Boy do I miss Turkey.
