The Heathen... {Music Speeds up} One more nightmare calling Across the farthest fields The night skies are dawning Takes this much as you Trees come down (x4) Fall... There's a girl in a green dress She's got eyes like fire and lips so tame She's huddled by the girl who's crying in the red dress Hunger for life in this dying dying age Dying age (x3) This dying age
@BlackSkyThunder can i ask you sth? at the song ''one more nightmare'' in gigs, what is the second stich?line?verse? how can i say it,anyway,i'm greek and don't understand it
Hey and do you know the meaning of the Heathen(or pagan)??? maybe they were in some king of pagan party of the 80´s or something like that??i´m sure that they were such bizarre people in this period... but the song creates a real atmosphere
Is the track called something else on "Fallen" I don't see Trees Come Down on the track list of "Fallen".
Anyway, contrary to many, I love the "Fallen" album. The first five tracks are just what I like, butr then again I like horror/H.P. Lovecraft and it strikes that cord for me, these tracks.
One question: Who is the Heather???
Mourning sun is Gash, 10 fucking years in the making and thats the best Mccoy can come up with, what the fucks up with these guys, get the old gang back and give us a sequel to
I don't think McCoy and the old band could see eye to eye on which direction to go. McCoy disliked the Pink Floyd tendencies of Elizium and wanted to do something more extreme.
it pains me to say this but i really didn't like any of those tracks (gave the album away after 3 days of buying) the neph can do so much better than this. DawnRazor or Elizium were their best albums and Blue water is my favourite track :)
His voice here bends mountains and commands the friggin seas !

I got home now, and it really is the same song, a good version too.
Yes I know that "Fallen" is not offical, but still is a very good album.

On fallen it was called one more nightmare, and it is an industrial remix of the song (Done by tony NOT Carl!)

McCoy said that he didn't like that album, it wasn't properly finished, but the label put it out anyway.

Thanks for posting :)
been a huge Neph fan for years and this is one of my fave tracks, Nod Wrights drumming is rapid, he must be knackered.
There is a good remake of trees on the Mourning sun album (its the only good track on there).

i have seen them 2 times in Müster/germany,end of the 80s
