Are you serious? No one cared about calling Policy/Subject Matter Experts in the White House Czars until Obama's administration. Both Reagan and Bush II had *more* "czars" than Obama currently does. Stop listening to that fox news drivel. It's clearly rotting your brain.

And why don't they work for the common man , or the common woman on Main Streets of America rather than being , just a czar''s in Washington D.C . I understand there were czar's that worked , during the Reagan , Bush II admininstration however they aren't and weren't properly research rather or not , they are qualified .

They're people plucked from the private industry (usually defense, wall street, thinktanks, or high profile research institutions). They run the same career game as long term white house staffers.  You see them come and go throughout various administrations. The same policy experts that are in the white house now have probably been doing this kind of work for a very long time. Long enough to get "inside" the beltway.

Mr. Weiner, would you please tell the president and your democratic fellows in congress to grow a sack and pass the bill, and tell the republicans to go piss up a rope. I am sick of listening to their temper tantrum over losing the elections, as are the reasonable majority that want health care reform passed. That is why we voted for you all in 06 and 08.
